Ray Holmes was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, and is a proud graduate of Morgan State University. He now lives in Hanover, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Sharon, and their son, Jeremiah. He is also the father of two adult children, Keira and Evan.
Although Unforgivable is his debut as a published author, Ray’s connection to storytelling began when he was fourteen years old. What started with stories inspired by his friends grew into a lasting passion for exploring human relationships, difficult choices, and the emotions people often struggle to express.
Through his writing, Ray seeks to create stories that are honest, suspenseful, and emotionally meaningful. His voice is shaped by faith, resilience, and a belief in the strength people can find within themselves. His personal motto reflects the outlook he brings to both life and storytelling.
